1. Definitions

• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• "We / Us / Our" — Mindforge, operated from 200 Si Chum Road, Nai Muang, Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.
• "You / User / Learner" — any person who accesses our website or enrolls in a course.
• "Course" — any structured online learning programme offered by Mindforge, including AI Development Basics, Applied Models Course, and End-to-End AI Engineering Track.
• "Content" — all text, video, code samples, datasets, notebooks, and other learning materials provided within a course.
• "Service" — the website at mindforgenad.world and all courses accessible through it.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or completing enrollment in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website or enroll in courses.

3. Service Description

Mindforge provides online courses focused on AI and machine learning development. Our current catalogue includes:

• AI Development Basics — a self-paced beginner course running over six weeks
• Applied Models Course — an intermediate course running over ten weeks with reviewed assignments
• End-to-End AI Engineering Track — a fourteen-week track with mentor sessions and code reviews

Course content is available online. We make reasonable efforts to maintain access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or modify course content from time to time to reflect current practice in the field.

4. Learner Accounts

After enrollment, you will receive access credentials by email. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Course access is for individual use only and may not be transferred
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing or distributing course materials, code, or content without written permission
• Attempting to copy, reproduce, or resell any course content
• Submitting false or misleading information during enrollment
• Using the Service in a way that could harm Mindforge, its staff, or other learners
• Attempting to access parts of the platform for which you are not authorised
• Engaging in any form of academic dishonesty in assignments or project submissions

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, written materials, code examples, datasets, and the website itself, is the intellectual property of Mindforge or its licensors.

Upon enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own learning during the access period. This licence does not permit redistribution, republication, or commercial use of any content.

Original work you create as part of assignments or your portfolio project remains yours. By submitting work for review, you grant us a limited licence to use it for feedback and internal quality purposes only.

7. Payment Terms

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change; any price change will not affect an enrollment already confirmed and paid.

Refund policy

• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course material
• After 7 days, or after accessing more than 20% of the content, no refund is available
• Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with your enrollment details
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

8. Course-Specific Terms

The following apply specifically to courses offered by Mindforge:

• Self-paced access — where courses are self-paced, access is available for 12 months from the enrollment date
• Cohort-based courses — where courses run on a defined schedule, access to live sessions and reviewed assignments is available only during the active cohort period
• Assignments and feedback — assignments are reviewed by our instructors and returned within the timeframes stated in the course guide
• Mentor sessions — available in the End-to-End AI Engineering Track; sessions are scheduled in advance and are not carried forward if missed without prior notice
• Completion records — we provide a record of completion for learners who finish the required coursework. This is an internal record and does not constitute an accredited qualification
• Academic integrity — work submitted for review must be your own. Submissions found to be copied from other learners or external sources may result in account suspension

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running reliably but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

We do not make any representations about outcomes or results from completing a course. Learning is an individual process, and progress depends on factors including the time and effort you put in.

Course content reflects the state of the field at the time of writing and is updated periodically. The AI field evolves quickly, and we encourage learners to continue learning beyond our courses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Mindforge's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, opportunity, or data arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or interruptions to third-party services we depend on.

11. Termination

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Requests for refunds remain subject to the refund policy in Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, provide false enrollment information, or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other learners. Where feasible, we will notify you before taking action and give an opportunity to respond.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Contact us at [email protected] describing the matter and we will respond within 14 business days.

Where informal resolution is not possible, we may agree to mediation before proceeding to litigation.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — this Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and Mindforge regarding the Service
• Severability — if any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force
• Waiver — our failure to enforce any clause on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in future
• Assignment — you may not transfer your rights under this Agreement to another party without written consent
• Notices — formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered address

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the Service and request a refund subject to the refund policy.
